I am now offering zoom demos/workshops as well as ‘in-person’ ones.
I can give a simple zoom demo, or an interactive demo that is also recorded, so can then be viewed for the following week, giving group members plenty of time to work at their own pace. I will supply a list of materials and a reference photograph in advance of the session.
Price £160 per zoom session.
I am happy to still take booking for ‘in person’ events as well.
My prices for 2026 are £180 per 2 hour demo, and £280 per all-day workshop, plus travel expenses (40p per mile).
If travelling long distances for a demo, there will also be an additional fee for travel time.
I am always happy to tailor a demonstration, talk or workshop to the interests of a group, and have a variety of different subject matter that I can demonstrate, including Animals, Landscapes (which includes choosing and mixing colours), Seascapes (lots about mark-making), or could just be ‘Life and Energy in Pastels’.
I try to make my demos relevant to other media as well as pastels.
I can provide all good quality materials for workshops at an extra cost per person, to encourage people who are new to pastels to come and have a go without having to go to the expense of buying a set of pastels just for the day. Cost per person is up to £10 for pastels and surfaces. I can also provide reference materials.
